One final price
The United Kingdom is outside the EU VAT area, so the prices on this page include UK import VAT of 20%. We deliver duty paid: import duty and customs clearance are handled by us, and no courier invoice arrives after delivery.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you deliver robots in the UK?
- Yes. We deliver to any address in the UK, including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh. The robot is shipped insured and delivered to your door.
- Are VAT and customs included in the price?
- Yes. Prices include UK import VAT of 20%, and we deliver duty paid, so there is no customs bill on delivery.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the model: most robots ship from the manufacturer, and the lead time on each product page is the time to your door. For larger service robots we agree the date and set-up with you.
- Can I return a robot?
- Yes. Consumers have 14 days from delivery to cancel the purchase under UK consumer law. Models built to an individual configuration are excluded; the product page says so.
