Frequently asked questions
- Do you deliver robots in France?
- Yes. We deliver to any address in France, including Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Toulouse. The robot is shipped insured and delivered to your door.
- Are VAT and customs included in the price?
- Yes. Prices include 20% VAT, customs duties and clearance. The price you see is the price you pay.
- How long does delivery take?
- It depends on the model: most robots ship from the manufacturer, and the lead time on each product page is the time to your door. For larger service robots we agree the date and set-up with you.
- Can I return a robot?
- Yes. Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Models built to an individual configuration are excluded; the product page says so.
